PIPING MOVED EASILY AND EFFICIENTLY

The off-loading and movement of piping at site is a task that needs reliable and efficient equipment that can also operate in tight places. That is why FPS Ltd (Fabricated Piping Systems) – one of South Africa’s leading pipe fabricators – chose Eazi Access Sales and Rental, based in Midrand, as a source of Telehandlers and hydraulic boom lifts for use at various sites including Potgietersrus Platinum Mining.

Peter Crowe Owner of FPS Ltd said “We hire from Eazi Access because they have access equipment that is versatile with ease of movement and the ability to operate in confined spaces. We as piping specialists working above and below ground at coal and platinum plants need quick and efficient access solutions for our piping supplies at site”.

“We hired three access machines from them for our piping at the Potgietersrus plant. What impressed me about Eazi Access is that their equipment is new, well maintained and we have not experienced any breakdowns. They are cost competitive and reliably deliver to site as ordered “.

FPS has hired JLG Telehandlers of 3.5 ton x 13 meter and JLG 16 meter Boom lifts on a regular basis from Eazi Access.

“We have used Eazi Access’ Telehandlers for the offloading of pipes from trucks to their destined position and used their Man lifts for the pipe installation process at various levels on site. We have been a customer of theirs for some one-and-a-half years, and will continue to outsource our access platform/handling equipment from them in the future due the excellent service and response to our needs that we receive from Eazi Access. They have a big presence regionally in South Africa as well as a large fleet available for specific customer requirements, and we believe they are the right hire source for us to utilise on the larger projects that are currently on our books” said FPS Partner Craig Fyall.

Eazi Access Rental and Eazi Sales and Service are leading suppliers of access platforms and telehandlers and offer an on-site consultancy service to assess customer requirements for access equipment. Their equipment conforms to local safety and labour requirements and the company offers technical back-up support as well as machinery training.
